1Isolation of flow around sluice gate using mechanical arrangement, gunny bags, using heavy labour and required safety measures i.e safety helment, rope ladder and other safety arrangements required at site.
2Dismantling of Gate operating stand, Gear Box, Hand wheel, spindle, Frame, Slide, wedges using chain pully block, lifting jacks, heavy labour.
3Supply of operating stand of cast iron conforming to IS 210 GrFG 200
4Supply of Gear box housing of cast Iron to IS 210 FG 200
5Supply of Set of Bevel Gears of Alloy Steel EN8, Gear Ratio 4:1.
6Straightening and repair of 60 mm Dia, 4 Metre Long SS 304 Stem
7Repairing of wedges on Gate Slide
8Supply of 800 mm dia Carbon Steel Hand Wheel
9Supply of SS Hardwares & Fasteners
10Assembly of gate parts on working platform by using welding machine, gas cutter and manual labour
