Name of Work:- Construction of RD road (Fakirpur) to Brahmanijhari via Dhaulipat under MMSY-TRIP in the District of Keonjhar.

1Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 but excluding the charges of GST etc. complete & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
2Dismetalling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviciaable and unserviceable materials separately.
3Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by manual means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)and as per the direction of engineer in charge.
4Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).
5Construction of granular sub-base (Grading III) by providing Moorum & sand spreading in uniform layers with grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 401 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
6Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).
7Construction of Un-reinforced,plain cement concrete pavement M-30 grade over a prepared sub base with 43 grade using brande cement @ 350 kg per cum,coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, spread, compacted finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, finishing to lines and grages as per drawing and as per Clause 602 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge Works and as per as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
8Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MOSRT&H including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
9Providing and laying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion (RS) of 0.20 Kg per Sqm after scraping cleaning the road surface including cost, conveyance royalty of all materials, T&P labour, hire charges of machinaries etc. complete as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MOSRT&H and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
10Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH spefn. clause No. 508 complete.
11Fine dressing and turfing to the slopes of the road embankment with compact dub gross transported by mechanical means as per the direction of the E.I.C.
12Earth work in excavation of foundation & plinth in hard soil including levelling the bed etc complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
13Providing and filling manually with selected sand in layers not exceeding 200mm thick including watering and compacting with all leads and lifts etc. For finished item of work as per Specification.
14Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106 of MoRD but excluding the charges of GST & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge(B) HPC 1000 mm Dia
15Cement concrete of M-150 having maximum compressive strength of 150 kg./cm2 ( test to be conducted) on 150 mm. cubes tested at 28 days including curing (tests conducted in accordance with IS-456 & IS-516) & conforming to clause-302 of IRC 21/1987 using clean crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 40 mm. size down grade of approved quality to be protested in the laboratory) obtained from approved quarry the proportion mix, grading conforming to relevant ISI/IRC codes pre-approved including arranging of reinforcement as per approved drawing including hoisting, lowering concrete in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick each compacting with vibrator watering & curing for 28 days centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves & beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all labour machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respects including dismantling the centering & shuttering as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(A) Foundation

18RCC of design mix of M-30 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken granite course aggregate of 20mm. .sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works) [Wearing Coat]
19Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987)
20Providing Rough Stone dry packing / pitching in approns and revetments for slope protection including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. complete (15cm and above)and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
21Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing
22Providing and fixing of typical MMSY Citizen Information board as per MORD specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 50 x 5 mm. thick, back plate duty welded with 75 mm dia steel tubes back on edges as per drawings. The upper and lowe plate will be welded with MS flat iron frame of 50mm x 5 mm. The steel tubes dully embeded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocksw of 600mm x 600 mm x 750 mm below ground level. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with redimixed synthetic enamel paint of superor quality in required shade and colour. All selection of framed posts and steel tubes will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxupaint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure - 1700.1.
23Providing and erecting direction and place identification Semi-reflectorized sign as per IRC 67made of high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over Aluminium sheeting 2mm thick supported on a mild steel single/double angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per drawing and technical specfication Clause 801 of of specification for road & bridge works (5th revision) & as directed by Engineer in charge. 25Providing and erecting Informatory retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67-2012 made of class-B retro-reflective sheeting of high intensity prismatic grade sheeting as per ASTMD4956-09type-III and IV strictly conforming to clause 6.7of IRC67-2012 and vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2.00mm thick as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC:67-2012 or A.C.P (Aluminium Composite Panel) used for sign boards with a thermo plastic core of blow density polythylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aliminium with over all thickness of 4mm and aliminium thichness of 0.5mm on both sides supported on mildsteel square post 80mmx80mmx3mm, 2nos and 3nos horizontal and 1no vertical extra supporting member of M.Sangle of size 50mmx50mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means properly designed foundation withM-15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx75cm, 60cm below ground level of as per approved drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P, excavation, curingetc. complete,under supervision of Engineer-In-Charge.Size-12'X8'(3657mm x 2438mm Rectangle)
