The Writing Top Shall Be Manufactured From **18 Mm Thick Pre- Laminated Particle Board (Plpb)** Of Approved Make Of Action Tesa/Century/Greenlam Having Decorative Laminate Finish On Both Sides. The Exposed Edges Shall Be Finished With **2 Mm Thick Pvc Edge Banding** Applied Through Automatic Edge Banding Machine Using Hot Melt Adhesive Technology. The complete supporting structure shall be fabricated from **75 mm × 25 mm × 2 mm thick Oval CRCA Tube** and **80 mm × 40 mm × 2 mm thick Rectangular CRCA Steel Section**,conforming to IS: 513 standards. Additional reinforcement members shall be provided wherever required to ensure structural rigidity and long service life. The floor mounting arrangement shall consist of **2 mm thick press formed CRCA steel base plates**, laser cut and press formed for heavy-duty institutional usage.
