The rate also includes the cost of required alteration/ modification during changing of planning / Architectural draiwngs or as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-chardge complete in all respect. The rate also includes the Good & services tax ( GST) as per applicable. ( Design to be done as per Architecture drawing NO 21 & 22 of job no 971 issued from the office of C.A.U.T.
