7Providing and applying a complete waterproofing system on top of concrete roof /horizontal masonry surfaces and other exposed areas, comprising:(i) Surface Preparation: Scraping and cleaning the surface with wire brushes & pressure pump to remove dust, loose particles, algae, or laitance, including minor patchwork repairing of surface with cement mortar to ensure a sound substrate.(ii) Crack Treatment: Treating hairline and minor cracks up to 5 mm width using ready-to-use acrylic crack filler paste (Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste or equivalent). Cracks shall be opened slightly in U-groove profile where necessary and filled using putty knife/spatula to ensure complete filling and smooth finish, cured as per manufacturer’s specifications.(iii) Elastomeric Waterproofing Membrane: Applying fibre-reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers (Asian Paints Damp Proof Xtreme or equivalent) in three coats: one coat of self-priming with brush (diluted 3:1 with water) and two coat of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid with brush/roller, at a total consumption rate of approx 10.75litre per 10sqm to achieve a dry film thickness not less than 500 microns. The membrane shall possess Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) ≥ 105.All materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, Jhula, and equipment required for execution included. Work shall be carried out as per manufacturer’s specifications and precautions of chemicals and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects. ( As per R.A.)
8Finishing walls with ready mixed Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Company Depot Tinted) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. (DSR-13.48A.1)

Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running meter per coat. (DSR-22.25.1)
46Filling of crack in internal/external walls with Sika cracksil Acrylic paste or Dr. Fixit crack-X paste (ready to use paste) by cleaning the surface to remove dirt or loose particle and widening the cracks upto 4 to 6 mm and 6 mm deep, moistering with water and applying above mentioned paste and allow to set for 24-hrs. and then apply 2nd coat, making sure that crack is totally filled up, tooling the suface to obtain even smooth and unbroken surface and curing of the cracks for all lift etc. complete. as per manufacturers description (N.S.)
