| 1 | Periodic inspection, preventive maintenance and servicing of EOT cranes of following capacity, at all heights, generally as per following steps including carrying out field test to assure safe use complete as per specifications and as directed by authorized representatives of RRCAT: |
| 2 | For EOT cranes of capacity more than 5 (five) tonnes but less or equal to 10 ( ten) tonnes. |
| 3 | For EOT cranes of capacity more than 3 ( three) tonnes but less or equal to 5( five) tonnes. |
| 4 | For EOT cranes of capacity more than 2 (two) tonnes but less or equal to 3 (three) tonnes. |
| 5 | For EOT cranes of capacity up to and including 2 (two) tonnes. |
| 6 | For Mono rail cranes of capacity up to and including 3 (three) tonnes. |
| 7 | For EOT cranes of capacity more than 30 (thirty ) tonnes but less or equal to 50 ( fifty) tonnes. |
| 8 | Carrying load testing of the crane as per I S 3177 latest edition and AERB guidelines as and when informed and taking out measures as required for ensuring effective brake system for all the three movements of crane, efficient performance of limit switches, power units, all fuses, indicators, push buttons, reassembling of bearings, pendents etc including replacement consumables if any, servicing of gear box, drum, rope, all moving parts, mechanical parts including rails, guides, welds etc complete and maintain the same to ensure proper functioning of brakes. Frequency of the load test shall be once in a year as per tender technical specification. |

| 15 | Carrying out Hydrostatic Pressure testing of Pressure Vessels containing any type of fluid in reservoir/vessel under pressure in the design working pressure range of 1.5 bar to 60 bar as per tender specification. |
| 16 | For pressure vessels up to 500 lt. Capacity. |
| 17 | For pressure vessels from 501 Lt. to 1000 Lt. Capacity. |
| 18 | For pressure vessels from 1001 Lt. to 2000 Lt. Capacity. |
| 19 | For Hp Tank of about 8000 Lt. Capacity . |
