Supply Of file book file cover thick , file books file covers with 1.3cm wide tape and two tags 50cm cover thick 250mm x 370mm to giso approved specification. specn. for thick file (gb 11/16):- files consist of 2 bits of 68 dks straw boards size [is 2617(2006) or latest] 250 x 370mm bind 1/2 cloth hinged together with book cloth blue [is 10582(1983) or latest] with 55mm gap between boar ds with tinted paper sides with printing to appear on face as per pattern. the free lengthwise edges of the boards shou ld be reinforced with strips of book cloth blue 70mm wide to cover 80mm length including the turned in portion. each board should be provided with two brass coated eyelets at a distance of 100mm between eyelets and 35mm from the f ore edge. the upper eyelet should be 115mm from the top edge. the inside of the boards be lined with ribbed kraft pape r [is 1397(1990) or latest] 34gsm. two slots of 190mm apart should be provided on the outer blank half (non- printed si de) with tape 13mm wide and 900mm long as per pattern 600mm long tags [is 8499(1988) or latest] should be provided f or each board in the eyelets. raw material required to be used: 1) straw boards 65 x 77.5cms 68 dks. 2) book cloth blue of good quality. 3) ribbed kraft paper 34 gsm. 4) yellow printed a1 40 gsm (for tinted paper sides). 5) good quality eyelets brass coated. 6) good quality white tape 13mm wide. 7) tag cotton white string well twisted 60cms long (shoe l ace pattern) with tin ferrules at both ends of 20mm long to is: 8499-1988 or latest. the metallic portion of the tags to be plated chromium with nickel. 8) inside portion of the file (both in right & left side) a bilingual matter as per enclose d specimen should be printed in 60 gsm paper and pasted. 9) the circulation slip in the outer surface of the file should be bilingual.
