No. Notes 5 Bidder Shall Quote Fixed Hire Charges Per Crane Per Day In Column (A) For Operation Of 9 Hrs / Day With Gps As Mentioned As Above. 6 The Prices Quoted By The Bidder In Column (A) Will Be Inclusive Of All Taxes And Duties But Exclusive Of Gst. 7 The Applicable Percentage Of Gst Is To Be Quoted In Column (B) By The Bidder. There Is No Minimum Guaranteed Monthly Billing / Payment For The Services Under This Contract. 12 Bidder Should Carefully Go Through The Clause “Rates And Payments” At Sl. No 14 Of Sow & Stc For Detailed Admissible And Non-Admissible Payments Under The Contract. 13 The Rate Given In Schedule Are All Inclusive , Complete , Composite And Firm For The Contract Period , Except To Clause “Variation In Fixed Hire Charges Per Day Per Crane Due To Variation In Hsd Prices 14 The Rates Are Inclusive Of All Expenses Necessary For The Uninterrupted Services And Include All The Expenses On Fuel, Oil, Lubricants, Repairs And Maintenance, Establishment Of The Contractor, Crew (Wages Including Bonus, Overtime Etc. As Admissible Under Relevant Act / Rules / Regulations / Notifications Etc.), Interest On Capital, Permits, All Taxes And Duties As Applicable.Any Variation In Taxes I.E. Gst In Quoted Price Is Governed By The Clause “Change In Law”. 15 Rate Quoted By Bidder Also Inclusive Of All Costs Towards Purchase, Installation And Commissioning Of Gps Devices As Per The Technical Specifications Indicated In The Tender Document And Integrate The Same With The Ongc’S Existing Centralized Vts Software. The Rates Are Also Inclusive Of Annual Maintenance Charges (Amc) For Proper Functioning Of Gps Systems For The Entire Contract Period And The Cost Of Mobile Sim Card Having 2 Gb Gprs And Local Voice Calling Facility And Its Monthly Recurring Charges For Smooth Functioning Of Gps.
