| 2 | Lights (Primary) and Fans pointSupply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of wiring for tube lights, ceiling fans and exhaust fan point from respective switchboards, using 2 x 1.5 sq mm and 1.0 sq mm, 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated single core multistranded unsheathed copper FRLSH wires, including main circuit wiring from the MCB DB box to respective switchboard in suitable dia medium duty MS conduit with required accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc., in partly concealed/ partly surface manner (as the case may be) and making good the chases with cement plaster of suitable thickness, merging with adjoining area. The surface shall be finished by skilled persons for getting a smooth and merging surface. Rate shall include for provision of modular type 10 Amp Switches with 6 Amp Sockets on switchboards (as mentioned above) on factory fabricated GI box (of same Make, as switches plate) and required size mounting plate fixed on respective approved company make boxes concealed in wall. All the fan points need to be terminated on a 3-terminal ceiling rose on a junction box. All tube light points need to be terminated with providing a tee-cover. Necessary circuit wiring from D.B. upto the switch board for above items rate shall be done with (2 x 2.5 and 1 x 1.5) 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated single core multistranded unsheathed copper FRLSH wires.Final connections also shall be made with flexible wires (of suitable rating) etc. Load on each circuit shall not be more than 800 Watts. Use blank plates on switchboards wherever required. |
