| 1 | Supply and fixing of SRC G05 Solar Control Film or approved equivalent on existing glass panels, consisting of high-quality polyester film with scratch-resistant coating and pressure-sensitive adhesive. The film shall provide Heat Reduction (HR) of 35%, Visible Light Transmission (VLT) of 5%, and UV Rejection (UVR) of 99% for reducing solar heat gain, glare, and harmful ultraviolet radiation. The work shall include thorough cleaning of glass surfaces, cutting to size, application of film, removal of air bubbles, edge finishing, and all labour, materials, tools, and accessories required for complete installation as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Repairing and servicing of existing water cooler / water vending machine including inspection, fault identification, replacement of defective components (if required), servicing of cooling system, electrical and plumbing connections, testing, commissioning, and all labour, tools, consumables, transportation, and incidental charges complete for satisfactory operation as directed by the departmental staff. |

The work includes cleaning and flushing the filter housings; replacing the inline sediment filter, pre-carbon, and post-carbon filter cartridges with new, high-quality replacements; checking the performance of the RO membrane; cleaning and sanitizing the internal water storage tank; and inspecting the booster pump, SMPS adapter, and automatic cut-off valve for proper operation. The rate is inclusive of all replacement filter cartridges, specialized tools, and skilled labor for servicing, re-assembling, and testing the unit for potable water quality. |

| 5 | Supply and fixing of a 25 LPH commercial Reverse Osmosis (RO+UV) water purification system housed in a durable Stainless Steel (SS 304) frame, suitable for wall or floor mounting. The system shall feature a multi-stage filtration assembly including a 5-micron sediment pre-filter, activated carbon blocks, high-rejection TFC membranes, and an inline UV disinfection chamber. Power shall be driven by a heavy-duty copper-winded DC booster pump (minimum 150 GPD) operating on a single-phase 220–240V AC supply, with an integrated manual TDS controller and fully automatic auto-cut-off operations.
