10Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
11Dismantling posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work etc, any section and any length including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Dismantling of existing galvanised iron steel barbed wire/ chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.
12Dismantling chain link fencing of any guage & size not exc 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.
13Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.
14Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum in soft / loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
15M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors roofs landings canooies deck slab and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.
