5Supplying and laying un–reinforced Precast Concrete Cable Cover, Class LV, Type 1, Flat, of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.
6M & L for Cutting Bituminous Road / Hardstanding etc. as required for Jointing / Laying Cables and Pipeline of width not exceeding 300mm and depth not exceeding 600mm and refilling after laying and making good with PCC 1:2:4, Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.
7Supplying and laying in repairs GI pipe, 50mm dia, Light grade for cable protection at road crossing etc. or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete including taking down or up GI Pipe and connections of any description all as specified and as directed.

49M & L for painting of LT Panels at site by applying Two coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint [Grey Tint] [Paint shall confirm to IS – 2032] after removing all Dust & Rust including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
50Supplying, Installing, Commissioning and Testing of CPRI Prototype tested, Factory made, Free Standing Floor Mounted, Dust and Vermin proof LT Cubical Panel Board, Compartmentalised, Outdoor type, fabricated with 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and shall be given pre-treatment for degreasing, phosphatising etc. in seven tank process and shall be powder coated with RAL7035 coat with matt finish after due preparation of surfaces. The panel shall consist of 600 Amps rating TPN bus bars of high conductivity Aluminium Alloy and shall be provided with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves mounted on porcelain insulator supports, suitable double Compression Copper Cable Glands and panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch, with gland plates, lifting hooks, shutter type ventilating louver at both top & bottom duly internally secured with wire mesh, with suitable internal wiring with copper cable of suitable size, including instrumentation such as Ampere Meter, Volt Meter, Phase Indicating LED Lamps [RYB], Selector Switches etc with double stud hinged door, front openable with locking arrangement including interlocking with switch gears and suitable for 1100 Volts Grade, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, AC Supply and to withstand short circuit fault level of not less than 100KA and degree of protection shall be IP 54. 52Supplying, Installing, Commissioning and Testing of CPRI Prototype tested, Factory made, Free Standing Floor Mounted, Dust and Vermin proof LT Cubical Panel Board, Compartmentalised, Outdoor type, fabricated with 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and shall be given pre-treatment for degreasing, phosphatising etc. in seven tank process and shall be powder coated with RAL7035 coat with matt finish after due preparation of surfaces. The panel shall consist of 600 Amps rating TPN bus bars of high conductivity Aluminium Alloy and shall be provided with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves mounted on porcelain insulator supports, suitable double Compression Copper Cable Glands and panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch, with gland plates, lifting hooks, shutter type ventilating louver at both top & bottom duly internally secured with wire mesh, with suitable internal wiring with copper cable of suitable size, including instrumentation such as Ampere Meter, Volt Meter, Phase Indicating LED Lamps [RYB], Selector Switches etc with double stud hinged door, front openable with locking arrangement including interlocking with switch gears and suitable for 1100 Volts Grade, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, AC Supply and to withstand short circuit fault level of not less than 100KA and degree of protection shall be IP 54. 58Supplying, Installing, Commissioning and Testing of CPRI Prototype tested, Factory made, Free Standing Floor Mounted, Dust and Vermin proof LT Cubical Panel Board, Compartmentalised, Outdoor type, fabricated with 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and shall be given pre-treatment for degreasing, phosphatising etc. in seven tank process and shall be powder coated with RAL7035 coat with matt finish after due preparation of surfaces. 60Supply, Install, Testing & Commissioning including taking down of Busbar Chamber of Capacity 400 Amps, TPN with Copper Busbar with IP 54 Protection for Safe Power Distribution Board with all connected fittings and fixtures including Internal Connections and fixed on raised PCC Platform made of PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Indo Asian Cat No. CPPI1021 or any CPRI approved manufacturer.
61Taking Down LT Panel / Distribution Boxes of any type, any size and any capacity from their existing place and further disposal complete all as specified and as directed.
62Taking Down LT Panel of any description from their existing location and refixing the same in other place including making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Connecting item like Cables, Lugs, Joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective Items of this Schedule.
