Bids are Invited for Facility Management Services - Lumpsum Based - Industrial; Boiler Civil Work; Consumables to be Provided by Buyer-1. After replacing the roof tube of Boiler No. 1, dismantle all the tiles and replace them with new tiles, along with re-installing the new roof using refractory work. 2. Repair both furnaces of Boiler No. 1. 3. Repair damaged doors and windows of the furnace and chambers of Boiler No. 1 using refractory work. 14. While replacing the roof tube of Boiler No. 1, seal the super heater coil by wrapping it with new rope. 5. Check and repair all the valves of Boiler No. 1. 16. Repair the arch of Boiler No. 1. 17. Dismantle the bulge in the middle of both the side walls of the chamber of Boiler No. 1 and rebuild the new wall. 18. All repairing work in Boiler No. 1 like waffle, doors, roof, chamber, ducting, all furnace walls etc. should be done by dismantling them as per requirement and repairing them from the refractory, so that there is no problem of leakage anywhere during the season.
