| 17 | Notes for item No 15 & 16:-Daily routine maintenance tasks include the following:-(a) Checking of all parts of the plants for its functional stability.(b) Caliberating and dozing the plant to obtain variable dosage 2 PPM at user's end.(c) Testing chlorinated water for correct dosage.(d) Routine maintenance tasks shall be carried out from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs. Record of testing/dosage/time of checking, maintenance carried out etc. shall be maintained separately for each plant by the contractor.(e) Spares for replacement if any will be measured and paid seperately as supply & fix as per requirement.(f) Suction sweeping the bottom of the entire pool for a period of two hours (4 AM to 6 AM) or as required to clean the water for bailing out the sediments. (g) Removing all floating particles by using net before 6 AM. (h) Cleaning of command swimming pool every Monday & Thursday including brushing inside the entire pool having bottom area 1540 Sqm, side wall having an area 515 Sqm, 172 meter long scum channel and having 667500 gallons entire capacity of water. . (j) Cleaning of old swimming pool every Tuesday & Friday including brushing inside the entire pool having bottom area 380 Sqm, side wall having an area 168 Sqm, 84 meter long scum channel and having 107000 gallons entire capacity of water.
