| 2 | M&L for applying 1mm average water proof cement based putty @1kg (undiluted) per sqm on plastered /old prepared surface of wall using fully automatic airless spray machine and sanding when dry with 240 grit sandind pad using mechanical wall sander to make the surface even, smooth, clean, free from dust and ready to receive finishing primer/paint coat complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Putty powder shall be mixed with water as per manufacturer's recommendation/instruction using mechinical putty mixer having mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute and allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.(ii) Fully automatic airless spray machine shall have 1 litre per minute minmum flow speed and 3300PSI pressure Make : Birla white / JK putty/ Burger |

| 5 | Notes for Srl item No 1 to 4:-The smart painting work under this contract for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same:-(i) The smart painting work under this contract shall be executed by authorised applicator of one of the manufactors mentioned in contract. The L-1 bidder shall produce the name brand of material and it manufacturer within 10 days from the date declaration of L-1 bidder alongwith a triparty. (ii) The Memoradum of Understanding\\" (MoU) shall be between contractor, manufacturor and the authorised applicater. MoU shall be on Rs.100 Non Judicial stamp paper, wherein the manufacturer shall own the responsiblity of use primium quality product in adiquate quantity (as per standarded coverage area of product), high standered workmeship and its' warrantee for five years. The contractor shall produce such warantee in writing along with similar warrantee on manufactor's letter head. The contractor shall also produce purchase vouchers/ Invoice for all product/ material utilised in work for their full quantity and Engg-in-charge shall ensure to capt a copy of the same in record duly defaced by him. Purchase vouchers/ invoice must be recorded in measurment book.(iii) The contractor shall arrange all required T&P, scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc, necessary protective measures for execution of work. (iv) The contractor shall ensure covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. After painting work, washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint shall be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(v) One room shall be painted as sample/ modle room for approval of GE and GE prior to carrying out further work.(vi) Non submission of MoU or any denile in providing MoU with in specified period shall sufficent ground to reject the Bid on contractor's default. |
