The scope of civil works shall include Cascade Aerator, Inlet Channel, Flash Mixer, Clariflocculator/Tube Settler, Rapid Gravity Filter House comprising four (04) working filter beds of 4.5 MLD capacity each and one (01) standby filter bed, Chemical House for Alum/Lime/Poly dosing system, Chlorination Building, Pump House foundations and structures, Sludge Handling Units, Wash Water Recovery System, Administrative-cum-Laboratory Building, Storm Water Drainage System, Rain Water Harvesting Structures, landscaping, MS pipe inserts, puddle collars, embedded parts, and all CI/DI interconnecting piping up to 5 metres outside each treatment unit.The work shall include all RCC, PCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing works, water-tightness testing of all liquid retaining structures, geotechnical investigations (if required), preparation and approval of drawings, quality control, testing and commissioning support, complete in all respects.The contractor shall undertake a three (03) month trial run of the plant followed by five (05) years comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M rates asking separately below in BOQ) of all civil components and associated systems covered under the contract. |
