| 51 | FIRE SCREEN WALL ( For First Time use) : Construction of Temporary fire screen wall wherever required to be provided for carrying out hot works inside closed zone at any height (max. height 17m ; dia 42m) including supply of all necessary materials. The fire screen wall shall be erected around the work place. New GI corrugated sheet minimum 24 Gauge shall be fixed with suitable structural with required type & quantity of hooks/fasteners etc to the supporting structure. Supporting structure should be capable of with standing wind pressure as per relevent IS code and able to maintain safety and security of Terminal as well worker. The contractor shall be fully responsible for safety of the substructure and super structure of the fire screen wall and fire screen wall to be dismantalled and foundations, removal of materials, rubbish etc. from the site to an objectionable place immediately after completion of works etc all complete as per terms, conditions, specification and direction of engineer. The job includes the dismantalling of the fire screen wall, structures etc. and cleaning the working place as per the direction of site-in-charge. After dismantlling the dismantalled materials would be the Contractor's property. |

The job includes dye penetration (DP) testing of pipeline joints as per approved QAP.Above ground pipeline to be laid on concrete pedestals (which is to be constructed as per the respective item of this schedule)/ piperacks/ TLF shed/ pump house and manifolds and painting the pipeline as per the specifications enclosed including the colour coding as per IOC specifications. Welding of pipeline should conform to Radiography quality. 10% of the joints shall be radiograped and the cost of the same will be paid separately as per respective item etc. and as directed at site. Note: a. Any repairs to the defective welding shall be made good at no extra cost. Re radiography of repaired joint shall also be at contractor's cost. b. The rates quoted also to include colour coding of pipelines as per the standards. 1. Surface Preparation as per SA 2½ 2.
