| 1 | Dismantling ,Handling and Shifting of pumping unit from the site of work to workshop and back the pumping unit to site of installation and reassembling of the complete pumping equipment .The job comprises of loading unloading carriage from the site of work to site of installation. Finely full load testing of the same after complete installations at site. Old unserviceable material if any shall be the property of Department. |

| 12 | Repairs of motor non reverse ratchet seal plate by way of rebuilding each broken off circular edge portion (< 30% perimeter) of outer side or central hub and keyway using good quality CI welding electrodes. The plate should be pre-heated to around 200 deg.C before carrying out the welding job. Turning, slotting and machining of the work piece to restore original dimensions. The job also includes providing of steel ratchet roll/ pin as per IS:7283 or AISI:410.The job involves providing and fitting of new bearings(02 no) 6026 and 7319 of reputed make.
