| 1 | Drain out transformer oil from the transformer as per requirement to the existing clean barrels. Opening of top cover, conservator tank, vent pipe, bucholz relay, etc. from the top of the transformer as per direction of the EIC. |
| 2 | Opening of cable box cover and total cables from the transformer and total connection from bushing & stud of the transformer as per direction of the EIC. |
| 3 | Changing of different gaskets for LT, HT side & oil seals of the transformer and finally charge the transformer as per direction of the EIC. |
| 4 | Dehydration & filteration of transformer oil of Transformer to raise the dielectric strength. The cost includes man, machinery, and tools & hire charges to complete at the site, testing of both LT & HT side cable of the transformer as per direction of the EIC. |
| 5 | Taking out sample of oil from Power/voltage transformer, OCB & testing their dielectric strength according to specification and submission of test result. |
| 6 | Opening the transformer breather and refitting the same after changing the silica gel including the supply of necessary gasket and silica gel. |
| 7 | Painting of transformer as per direction of the EIC. |
| 8 | Supply, delivery and fitting of new Gear box of 700 mm actuator operated butterfly valve for Clear Water pump |
| 9 | Repairing/replacement/strengthening of damaged/heavily corrodeded portion of cross/horizontal/ vertical steel members, chequered plate, stair case, hand railing etc. of MS hoist tresstle bridge, catwalk/walkway bridge and other similar MS structure on dam/barrage and canal/rivers which includes dismantling of damaged portion of structural members and fabrication and finishing to the required shape & size as per direction. The Cost includes cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, Aligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriages and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting). |
| 10 | Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sandpapering etc. |
| 11 | Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary(b) On steel or other metal surface(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white) |
| 12 | Withdrawing the Actuator after disconnecting the power cable and control cable from the actuator as required and as per direction of EIC |
| 13 | Dismantling the actuator part by part to detect the fault and damaged part as required and as per direction of EIC |
| 14 | Rewiding of Actuator Motor (3 ph, 415V, 3.7 KW) ap per technical specification and direction of EIC |
| 15 | Supply and delivery of Power Module for actuator ( 3 ph, 415V) as per sample and technical specification and direction of EIC |
| 16 | Supply and delivery of 4 pole, 415 V, 32 Amp ( 1 NO+1 NC) auxiliary Contactors for actuators 3 & 4 as per sample and technical specification and direction of EIC |
| 17 | Installation of the actuators in place and reconnecting the power and control cable and testing and commissioning of the same as per direction of the EIC |
