2Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanicalmeans including stacking of serviceable material and disposalof unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge:14.9.1 In lime mortar.
3Providing & laying broken glazed titles on roof ( broken glazed tiles not less than 9 Kg/Sqm) on top of hot bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/Sqm. (1.40 Kg of VG-40 (30/40 )grade and 0.30 Kg/Sqm. Of VG-10 (80/100) grade) and joints filled with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement:2 marble dust mixed with water proofing compund all complete as per direction of Engineerin-charge.:
4Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :
5Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead.
6Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :20 mm thick
7Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work
8Painting exterior surface of Wall with 100% acrylic exteriorpaint of approved brand and manufacture to give an evenshade with two or more coats including prepartion of basewith sand papering, primer, putty, etc complete in all respectincluding scaffolding and safety provision 12.43.2 Old Work
9Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neatcement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etccomplete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.complete.11.3.2 75mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate.
10Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :- For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 Sq.Cm
11Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades glazed tiles confirming to IS : 13753 & IS :15622 of size 200mm x 300mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar).
12Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: 12.37.1 New work (two or more coats) over and including scrapping and priming coat with cement primer
13Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping sandpapering and preparing surface smooth including necessaryrepairs to scratches by sandla/loi and all scaffolding (forcolour changing only)
14Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out ofextruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet mitred at corners andjoined with 2 Nos. of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S.square tube, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with19x19mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasketweather seal to be provided through out the frame. The doorframe to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100mmsize complete as per manufacturers specification and directionof Engineer-in-Charge.
1530mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutterconsisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gaugethickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles and 15 mmx15mm , top & bottom rails. M.S .frame shall have a coat ofsteel primers of approved make and manufacture M.S. framecovered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC „C channel of size30mm thickness, 70mm width out of which 50mm shall be flatand 20mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on either sideforming stiles; and 5mm thick, 95mm wide PVC sheet out ofwhich 75 mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 45degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and115mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and20mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Topbottom and lock rails shall be provided either side of the panel.10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet shall beprovided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with 7mm (5mm +2mm) thick x15mm wide PVC sheet bending on inner side, and joinedtogether with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5mmthick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interiorside of the „C Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge,manufacture‟s specification & drawing.(For W.C.andbathroom door shutter).
16Providing and Fixing Chiken wire mesh at the joint ofmasonry members/ R.C.C. Members with Nails complete inall respect

34Construction of chamber in all type of soil with 300 mm thick masonry in CM 1:6 m,10 cm thick C.C. 1:5:10 in foundation, 20mm thick insider plaster in Cm 1:6, finished with floating neat cement, 50mm thick M-15 grade C.C. flooring , earthwork etc. complete as per design including disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 50 mtr.
