| 2 | Supplying, fixing, installing, commissioning and testing transformer step down as per IS:1180 (Part-1) -2014, 11/0.433KV, level 3 ,copper wound, outdoor type, 3 phase, of capacity 160 KVA, 4 wire, 50 cycles per second, oil immersed, ONAN naturally cooled connected with delta on HT side and star on LT side, LT side to vary secondary voltage + 7.5% in three steps of 2.5% each with standard fittings/fixture . Bushing at HT/LT side with neutral brought out complete with first fill of transformer oil to appropriate level, temp gauge, breather tank cooling coil, HT/LT side cable to be fitted with suitable size of thimble/lugs complete all as specified and as directed.(Outdoor Type Pole Mounted) |
| 3 | Taking down old cross arms ,bracing etc .& Supply and fixing cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including taking down old cross arms etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Taking down old unserviceable GOD & S & F gang operated air break switch with DO fuse assembly, three poles, outdoor type, nominal system voltage 11 KV, rated voltage 12 KV, rated normal current 200 Amps, rated frequency 50 Hz, rated one minute power frequency withstand voltage between (i) earth & poles 28 KV (rms) (ii) across the isolating distance 32 KV (rms), rated lightning impulse withstand voltage (i) to earth and between poles 75 KV (Peak) (ii) across the isolating distance 85 KV (Peak), Rated short-time withstand current 25 KA for 3 seconds, rated peak withstand current 63 KA for climatic conditions at the site, mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current including taking down old AB switch complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick, burried directly in ground,earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level, steel earth plate connected with 32x6 mm GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earth test point all as described in MES schedule part II including excavation earth work concreate pit with 50 mm thick RCC cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B-I duly reinforced with MS bars 6 mm dia @ 150 C/C both ways and pit chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B-I with 2 Nos suitable lifting handles of 12 mm MS bar and GI protection pipe of suitable size,and watering pipe 20 mm dia with water funnel test point and extra length up to 7.5 meter connected to Panel board all as specified and directed. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. |
