The Panel is in accordance with IEC 61 439-1 & 2.The material should conform to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC, UV resistant according to IEC 61439-1The OEM of board / panel shall be submitted a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT( in accordance with ASTA certification' by CPRI ) of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily with: Temperature Rise. Dielectric Properties. Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current. Degree of Protection Clearance & Creepage Distance. Mechanical Operation Effectiveness of Protective Circuits Degree of ProtectionThe Distribution board Unit should have padlock facility for positive isolation. For avoiding condensation or formation of water droplets inside the Distribution Unit, measures must be taken following safety standard IEC 60364-5-52 using Passive Solutions. For that moisture absorbent material should be considered made of synthetic rubber, super absorbent polymer and nonwoven fabric which should have absorbency of 0.8g (H2O)/1g (product) @25deg C and 95% RH or Higher. The manufacturer / OEM of the Polycarbonate Enclosure and Panel should be same.
