(No. of plant=3 Nos, 2 Nos running one standby) (i) Testing, Checking, serviceing the indoor and out door units, Fresh air duct and return air ducts, all the filter, dumper, grill, electric control panel, Intelligent Microprocessor controller complete. (ii) Three Nos AC plants to be made serviceable condition, Two number will running at at time and one number stand alternatively through auto control switch. (iii) Checking and serviceablity of all controlling equiptment, Push button , ON -OFF switch , Selector switch on PLC Panels for various mode of operation.. (iv) Checking all the connection of cables end termination for any damge or Loose connection .(v) Checking of compressor, condensing coil, Solenoid valves , auto control switch, Automation system. (vi) Checking the pressure of Condensing gas and if required charging the gas.(vii) Checking of all insulating material and repair/replace.(viii) Checking Fresh air /Return duct,dumper,Grill, repair/maintanence/Replace if needed.(ix) Cheking installation of equiptment and repair if found unserviceable. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(a) Spares for repair including Gas will be measured and paid seperatly in respectively items.(b)Serviceing to be done every month, if additional vist required the same will be born by contractor in his own cost. |

| 11 | Dismantling/taking out defective compressor unit and supply and fixing re-appropriated company sealed compressor scroll type of 4.38TR (suitable for 8.75 TR capacity AC plant) obtained from the factory outlet / authorised dealer under their replacement scheme complete including connecting fitting and fixtures making brazing work and leak test and recharging refrigerant including solering of copper pipes, replacement of foundation rubber bushes, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- This item shall not include cost of gas and gas charging which shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items . |

| 13 | Taking down carefully existing storage type geyser 25/35/50 ltr capacity and disconnection of inlet and outlet water connection taking out all accessories inside the body removing nut bolt from base plate assembly cleaning of inside of stainless steel/copper tank with the help of brush, checking any leakage testing of each unserviceable parts/spairs for its functioning and replacement of unserviceable parts, re fixing the same after cleaning and making proper functioning to maintain proper water temperature, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: (i) The accessories/spare parts which are required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as \\"Supply only\\" under respective items of BOQ. |
| 14 | Taking out leakage storage type water heater 25/35/50 ltr cap dismantling and taking out the inner tank, find out the leakage point brazing the leakage point and replacement of glass wool insulations using glass wool and refixing the same after testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
