| 13 | Nothing shall be paid for rejected/sub-standard material at site of works. |

| 15 | The work should be completed within the stipulated period. |
| 16 | The rates should be inclusive with GST and carriage |
| 17 | 1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor. |
