Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information Terms and conditions 1.0 The work should be executed as per PWD/JSV specifications and to the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in Charge. 2.0 The Cement Shall be issued by the Deptt. at JSV Divisional store Raghunath Ka Padhar Mandi cement @ 354/- per bag. 3.0 The Contractor will be fully responsible for watch and ward of material at site of work. 4.0 Nothing shall be paid for rejected/sub-standard material at site of works. 5.0 Concrete work shall be done by using vibrator and concrete mixing plant. 6.0 Crushed aggregate will be used in concrete work. 7.0 Material should be used of approved quarry. 8.0 The work should be completed in the stipulated period. 9.0 The rates shall be inclusive with GST and carriage 10.0 1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor.
