| 1 | Supply of Submersible Pumping Set of Kirloskar/KSB/SU/Johnstion make comprising to latest relevant B.I.S. code. The Pump should be fitted with the bronze impeller of suitable alloys as per BIS 8034-376 with upto date ammendments suitable for clear water having greased packed bearing and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with shaft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP, RPM 2900/1450 of reputed make conforming to Kirloskar/Crompton/NGEF specification latest with upto amendments. The pump shall be fitted with a divice to take up expension of water with the heating of motor. The squirrel cage electric induction motor (Water-proof type of suitable H.P. motor of same make as that of pump confcorming to BIS-9287-1979 latest with upto date ammendments totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermedaite casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and greased packed lubricated bearing and providing with stainless thurst bearing plate to with stand the vertical load with minimum wear and tear.It should also be fitted with a divice to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump should we include water level guards, erection clamps, cable clips and depth guage etc and suitable for operation on data given below:- |

Length of R/main 200 mtrs Dia of Rising main 100 mm dia. No of working hours. 8 Hours. Limit of Pump (-) 15% (+) 10% of R. M.P. of Pumping 2900 RPM (or to be specified by the tenderer) Test run 16 Hours continueously for 7 days. |

Angle iron steel sheet 16 SWG fabricated floor mounting closed (Almirah type) switch board comprising and capable of mounting the following accessories and with all internal electric connections, duly painted. The drawing of panel board shall be subject to approval of Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 11 | Providing and laying suitable size copper PVC insulated armoured power 3.5 core cable conforming to BIS 1554 (part-I) –1988 of latest with upto date amendments L&T/Finolex make form meter of HPSEB- to CB and form CB to Bus bar switch and starter (one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment/accessories such as thimbles, flexible pipe solder, nuts and bolts, cable glands, etc. laid in pipes of trenches under floor. The type, size and make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities. In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer.Supply side Suitable sizes. |
| 12 | Supply of floor/wall mounted power factor shunt capacitor conforming to BIS: 2834-1986 latest with upto date amendments L&T make to raise the prevailing power factor at site to 0.95 for direct connection to induction motor individually of suitable rating each including cable of siemens/Gloster/ICC make form bus bar chamber to capacitor and also including L&T/LK/Kilburn make ICTP switches conforming to IS – 4064 (Part - II) 1978 or latest with HRC fuses (range to be specified by the tendrerer). |
