Tender For Special Repair To Pump House Including Certain E/M Items Under Ge (W) Hisar At Hisar Mil Stn--1.00 M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces on ceiling including brooming , scraping down and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.2.00 M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces on walls including brooming , scraping down. Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed.3.00 Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls, soffits of chajjas,cornices etc, including brooming , scraping down. Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty and applying one coats of cement base paint including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.4.00 M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces wall or ceiling in CM 1:3 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement. Including taking down existing plaster, complete all as specified and directed.5.00 M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick masonry /concrete surfaces of walls including finished fair & even (in small patches and different location also). Including taking down exisitng plaster, complete all as specified and directed.6.00 M&L for rendering 15mm thick Cement plaster with CM 1:4 to other than fair faces of brick wall and finished ,even & Smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall measured and paid separately.7.00 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.8.00 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 2 mm thick (average) wall care putty, including one coat of acrylic resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.
