Name of Work:- SPL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT OF CERTAIN CRITICAL BLDGS AT AF STN CHANDIGARH

1Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof and removal of unserviceable brick tiles / brick bats of rubbish outside defence land upto a distance exc 1.5 kilometer but n.exc 5 kilometer, complete all as specified and directed.
2Taking down existing bitumen felt including cement mortar bedding padding and cleaning the surface and removal of all rubbish outside defence land upto a distance exc 1.5 Kilometer but n.exc 5 Kilometer, complete all as specified and directed.
3Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leaping (whether full thickness removed or nly a part thereof) and removal of all rubbish outside defence land upto a distance exc 1.5 Kilometer but n.exc 5 Kilometer, complete all as specified and directed.
4Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in padding on roof laid in 50mm thick average required thickness to maintain desired slope, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.Note : 80% of the PCC will have to be poured by the RMC.
5Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in roof kerb, mud stops, benching including demolition of existing PCC and removal of all rubbish outside defence land upto a distance exc 1.5 Kilometer but n.exc 5 Kilometer, complete all as specified and directed.
6Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) using WPC @ 200ML per 50Kg bag of cement on surfaces of roof and parapet, finished even & fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
7Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
8Material and Labour for prepatration of roof top surface for roof treatmment using application of water proofing treatment by authorised appplicator complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of the following :-(a) Preparation of roof top suarface and cleaning all the dust and loose material by brush /blower /grinder including removing of vegetation /plantation from the surface and providing and single componenet elastic cold applied polyurethene modified acrylic roofing system , co- elastic technology (CET) based on modified polyurethene and fully fibre reinforced, having sun reflectivity index (SR) of 109 on top of concrete roof surfaces .(b) All cracks upto 3mm at corner joints ,channel and parapets shall treated with crack seal .(c) Applying three coats including one coat of primer of polyurethene membrane having coverage @ min 0.75 Kilogram/ Square Meter and dilution upto 10% and laying Reinforced fibre net and applying two coats of for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free fall of approx 350%(d) The Material shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as directed. (Note: 6hrs interval between two coat shall be maintained)(e) All auxillary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufaturer as part of systemNotes : (i) The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufcturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writting.(ii) Checking the roof slab by any method as per standard engineering practice till total elimination of leakage/ seepage/ dampness shall be removed by the method as per manufacturer instruction.
9All as per item No. 8.00 here-in-before but as in chajjas.
10Material and Labour for preparation of old plastered /concrete surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, white or tinted at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.
11Material and Labour for Rough cast plaster After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and directed, including taking down cement plaster and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely
12Material and Labour for preparing newly plastered wall surface and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Square Meter over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Square Meter at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.
13Material and Labour for preparation of old plastered/concrete surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, white or tinted at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.
14Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.
15Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection ,cills,lacing courses,coping ,flooring etc complete all as specified and as directed.
16Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar an removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.
17Material and Labour Brickwork using subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), Complete all as specified and directed.
18Material and Labour for rendering in two layer i.e.5mm thick in CM 1:4 including with or without mixing water proofing compound over 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on concrete/block masonry surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement on complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC Shall be measured and paid separetly)
19Taking up or down GI tubing 15mm bore including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and as directed.
20Taking up or down GI tubing 20mm bore including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and as directed.
21Supply and fixing 15 mm tubes medium grade galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor (Bore of pipe 15mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

23Disconnecting existing tanks not exc 500 ltr capacity setting a side or lowering if required and cleaning and removing all seal and dust it from mouth of circulating of pipe etc , the tank shall be cleaned and rinsed twice with 5%detergent solution and refixing tank as its original position and make leak proof complete all as specified and as directed.
24Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 ltr but n.exc 1000 ltr capacity setting a side or lowering if required and cleaning and removing all seal and dust it from mouth of circulating of pipe etc , the tank shall be cleaned and rinsed twice with 5%detergent solution and refixing tank as its original position and make leak proof complete all as specified and as directed.
25Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.
26Material and Labour for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantires, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats including post etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.
27Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.
28Supply and Fix for 200mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including stack clamp to fix Rain water pipe with wall( As per site requirement) complete all as specified and as directed.
29Supply and Fix for 200mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius, complete all as specified and directed.
30Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.
