2Dismantling of Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M20 including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres
3Removing all type of Hume Pipes and Stacking within a lead of 1000 metres including Earthwork and Dismantling of Masonry Works including T&P, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metresUpto 600mm dia
4Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m complete and as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer -in –charge.
5Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by manual means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)and as per the direction of engineer in charge.
6Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).
7Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded granular sub base Grading III material as per table 401-1, spreading in uniform layer with moter grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC ,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4 th Revision)
8Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).
9Construction of Un-reinforced,plain cement concrete pavement M-30 grade over a prepared sub base with 43 grade using brande cement @ 350 kg per cum,coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, spread, compacted finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, finishing to lines and grages as per drawing and as per Clause 602 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge Works and as per as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
10Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MOSRT&H including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
11Providing and laying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion (RS) of 0.20 Kg per Sqm after scraping cleaning the road surface including cost, conveyance royalty of all materials, T&P labour, hire charges of machinaries etc. complete as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MOSRT&H and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
12Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH spefn. clause No. 508 complete.
13Fine dressing and turfing to the slopes of the road embankment with compact dub gross transported by mechanical means as per the direction of the E.I.C.
14Earth work in excavation of foundation & plinth in hard soil including levelling the bed etc complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
15Providing and filling manually with selected sand in layers not exceeding 200mm thick including watering and compacting with all leads and lifts etc. For finished item of work as per Specification.
16Supplying , Laying & Fixing NP3 RCC hume pipe in position for culvert including pointing ends , fixing collars with cement mortar (1:2) including cost conveyance and taxes of hume pipe etc complete and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.HPC 600 mm Dia

18Cement concrete of M-150 having maximum compressive strength of 150 kg./cm2 ( test to be conducted) on 150 mm. cubes tested at 28 days including curing (tests conducted in accordance with IS-456 & IS-516) & conforming to clause-302 of IRC 21/1987 using clean crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 40 mm. size down grade of approved quality to be protested in the laboratory) obtained from approved quarry the proportion mix, grading conforming to relevant ISI/IRC codes pre-approved including arranging of reinforcement as per approved drawing including hoisting, lowering concrete in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick each compacting with vibrator watering & curing for 28 days centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves & beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all labour machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respects including dismantling the centering & shuttering as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Foundation

27Providing & laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm with 40mm metal providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall etc. complete.
28Providing Rough Stone dry packing / pitching in approns and revetments for slope protection including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. complete (15cm and above)and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
29Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing
30Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be we be welded to 2 nos. 75mmX75mm of12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in cement concrete M-15 grade block of 450mm X450mmmm X600mm ,600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmX 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S will be stove embelded on both sides .Lettering and printing arrows border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamelpaint of superior quality in required shade andcloure.All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawing clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
31Providing and fixing of typical MMSY Citizen Information board as per MORD specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 50 x 5 mm. thick, back plate duty welded with 75 mm dia steel tubes back on edges as per drawings. The upper and lowe plate will be welded with MS flat iron frame of 50mm x 5 mm. The steel tubes dully embeded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocksw of 600mm x 600 mm x 750 mm below ground level. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with redimixed synthetic enamel paint of superor quality in required shade and colour. All selection of framed posts and steel tubes will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxupaint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure - 1700.1.
32Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2 of MoRD600mm equilateral triangle
