2Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetations grass, bush, wood trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm. Measured at a height of 1 metre a+C5:C8bove ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of area cleared
3Construction of embankment with material obtained from borrow pits construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site,spreading,grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.
4Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders from borrow pits construction of subgrade and earthern shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading,grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.
5Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401
6Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.
7Prime Coat- Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.
8Tack Coat - I Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.
9Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam -Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.
10Bituminous Concrete-Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.
11Cement concrete with 4 cm (1.5\\") gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
12Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
13Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On concrete work
14Reflective Ralsed Pavement Markers (Cat Eye/ Road Stud) Supply and luơng of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPIW Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-Imoact Polystyrene) or Acrylonitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTIA D4280, The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses contatning single or dual prismolic cubes capable of providing total Intermal reflection of the light entring the lens lace, Lonses shall be mouled of methyl methecrylale conforming 10 ASTIA 0788 of equivalent The slop or retro-reflacting surface shall preferably be 35+/-5 degree to base and the area of each retro reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cin. the marker height shat not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & Width shall not exceed 130 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name, trade or other means of identification of the manufacture, epoxy vistallations, excess adhesive around the edge of the marker, excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shal be immediately removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for sallsfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer, In additiona two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing of reflective road markers. In case the markers are displaced, damaged, get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standards, the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer, at his own cost. The rate shall include all malenals, labour. TSP, vansportation, instalation and incidenials all complete as per diruction of the Engineer-in-Charge RPM( With Shank)
15Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic- Road Marking with Hot Applled Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick Including reflectorising glass beads 250 gms per som area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes
16Providing and laying of 80mm Interlocking concrete block pavement laid in stone dust base and fill joint with fine sand. Joint filled after labling and dressing base including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.
17DRAIN WORK (Part-B) Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5 fts) and lead upto 30 m (100 fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer- in-charge upto a distance of 30 m. (100) fts) from the foundation trenches. As in item no (251) above but excavation in soil mixed with moorum/shingle/kankar requiring the use of special T&P such as pickaxes. sabbals etc
18Cement concrete with 4 cm (1.5\\") gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
19R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm .(3/4\\") guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 inR.C.C at foundation and Footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour &T&P etc. required for Prpoper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item
20R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm .(3/4\\") guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in R.C.C columns excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour &T&P etc. required for Prpoper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item
