2OD328353/2025-2026:All inclusive Comprehensive maintenance contract of the following air conditioner units including replacement of defective accessories, refrigerant controls, pressure testing of the system, vacuuming, oil charges,replacing defective single phase preventer,three pole contractor etc. as required and excluding the replacement of defective compressor, electrical Mains switches and Civil works.Any error/failure calls will attend immediately on report.11 TR Air Cooled Duct able Split AC units service of the plant 12 times per year(1.Safety controls such as pressure cutouts will be tested for proper functioning and in case of any malfunctioning they will be repaired/replaced.2.Air filters will be inspected and cleaned.3.Cooling coil will be inspected and cleaned.4.The blower motor will be checked and any defects noticed will be attended.5.The driver set of the motor will be checked and any defects noticed will be attended.6.The condenser fan motor will be attended to.7.The condenser coil will be inspected and cleaned.8.Repairs to refrigerant piping due to system problems will be attended)
