Name of Work:- Repairing/Servicing of Schneider make Vacuum Contactor installed in 3.3 KV HT Panel at Dwarka Sect-11 SPS
Sl. No. Item Description
1Work of disconnection of H.T power supply from the panel & from the incoming of the existing breaker/fuse set. Work includes the shorting/cutting of the bus bars, screws during the execution of the work & proper discharge of capacitor bank & connection of earth chain during the work.
2Replacement of the door of VCU compartment door along hinges of suitable size and locking arrangement , powder coating etc.
3Work of Cleaning of the panel bus bars and & necessary arrangement & modification of the bus bar as per new Vacuum contactor to fix inside the existing chamber as per direction of engineer in charge.
4Retrofitting of existing Vacuum Contactor with Schneider electric make CBX Vacuum Contactor suitable for 400 Amp 3 Pole with coil voltage 110V DC & having NO+NC Blocks Make Schneider Electric
5Work of replacement of faulty wire of Ampere meter, LED indicators and relay etc .
6Complete testing of Panel after installation of new contactors. Firm will ensure the proper working of the contactors on load and without load. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
