Galvanizing with zinc coating ≥12 microns (40–50 GSM) as per IS 4826, uniformity as per IS 2633. Panels electrostatically powder-coated in RAL 6005 (moss green), thickness 100–140 microns, C4 corrosion protection as per EN 10245-1, salt spray resistance ≥500 hours. Installation with galvanized/tamper-proof fasteners, alignment tolerance ±5 mm vertical, ±10 mm line.
