Name of Work:- ARMO to FCI depot at Chingavanam for the year 2026-27 General Maintenance of depot, replacement/rectification of broken ventilator & windows,plumping work,replacement of damaged barbed wire fencing, replacement of paver block infront of Divisional office, repair and provision of enclosed back verandah of staff quarters,Internal white washing to all godowns, installation of false ceiling and aluminium doors at the Divisional office and QC section, sheet replacement of Depot/Account section building, and other urgent repair work.

1Cleaning Verandah eave gutter and disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground including tightening clamps etc complete.
2Cleaning masonry drains of width 25 cms to 60 cms and depth up to 60 cms, including removal of silt and rubbish, cutting and removing grass and other vegetation from the sides of drains and disposal of rubbish within a distance of 150 mts.etc.complete.
3Cleaning of septic tank with cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity including cleaning and dechocking of sewer line, taking out sediments sludge etc and disposal at safe place and cleaning the premise of tank complete as directed by the Engineer-in -charge (Analysed rate)
4Dewatering the well using pump set and manually removing silt , clay etc from the bottom of the well, cleaning the walls of the well, disposal of all debris etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (The work is carried out after following all the safety norms) (the rate shall include all labour, hire charges of the pump equipment, scaffolding etc).
5Cleaning of main over head tank and other P.V.C.tanks installed over the roof of depot/ staff quarters and other buildings etc. including removal of silt/rubbish from tank, disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5 gm per litre capacity of tank, disposal of silt/debris outside the FCI boundary etc.. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The work has to be carried out at roof top level after following all the safety norms)(Analysed rate)
6Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface with bleaching powder etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Analysed as per Item No.14.78 of DSR 2023
7Reparing/Servicing rolling shutters such as removal of top covers tightening/ loosening the springs adjusting the dislocation of parts if any and applying greese to the springs side guides ( 0.40 kg greese/ shutter) after cleaning and refixing the cover in position etc as directed by engineer in charge.
8Dismantling and refixing rolling shutter/collapsible shutter such as dismembered MS laths, end locks, pipe shaft, removing old spring and replacing with brackets, fixing necessary wire springs of approved make and arranging for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation etc. complete and refixing in original position as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The cost includes dismantling, refixing , welding, grainting including all labour charges and cost of nuts, bolts etc.and excluding the cost of wire spring.(Observed data)
9Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.(item No. 15.36 DSR 2023)
