Including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen including consoldation with rad roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete with paving asphalt grade of VG-10 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rat of 70 grams per Kg of asphalt (including seal coat and tack coat, complete job). |
