7Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 16.94.1 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.
8Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. 10.25.2 In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
9Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade – VG-30, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. 16.38.2 On bitumen surface @ 0.50 Kg/sqm.
102.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately). 16.41.1 With paving Asphalt grade VG-10 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt.
11Providing, fabricating, supplying, transporting and fixing decorative overhead entrance signage for \\"Tourist Reception Centre, Kishtwar\\" over existing RCC entrance pillars, comprising fabrication and erection of structural framework using MS Rectangular Hollow Sections (RHS) and Square Hollow Sections (SHS) of approved size and thickness, complete with cutting, welding, grinding, alignment, anchoring and fixing to existing RCC pillars through chemical anchor bolts, base plates and all necessary accessories. The work shall include providing and fixing 4 mm thick exterior grade stone-texture Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) on both faces and exposed edges of the structure with approved aluminium cleats, screws and sealants, complete as required.The work shall further include design, fabrication and fixing of decorative mountain skyline and deodar tree motifs made from minimum 3 mm thick aluminium sheet/CNC laser-cut ACP, powder coated in approved shades, fixed over the top portion of the signboard to create a three-dimensional tourism-themed appearance.The item shall include providing and fixing fabricated 304 Grade stainless steel mirror-finish channel letters forming the words:TOURIST RECEPTION CENTRE KISHTWARLetters shall be minimum 50–75 mm deep, fabricated from 1.2 mm thick SS sheet with acrylic backing and warm-white LED halo illumination arrangement complete with LED modules, drivers, weatherproof housing, transformers, concealed wiring, connectors and accessories. The work shall also include providing concealed electrical wiring in PVC conduits, junction boxes, weatherproof fittings, connection to nearest power source, testing and commissioning of complete illumination system. The structural steel members shall be cleaned, treated with anti-corrosive zinc-rich primer and finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade before cladding. The item shall include all labour, lifting arrangements, scaffolding, transportation, loading, unloading, fixing hardware, anchor fasteners, sealants, testing, commissioning and all incidental works complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
12Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 5.2.2 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
