Tender For Providing And Installing Open Cell Ceiling Specification (Aluminum, 0.4 Mm Thick, 600 × 1200 Mm Panels) Comprising Factory-Manufactured Aluminum Open Cell Panels Of Size 600 Mm × 1200 Mm, Complete With Suspension System, Accessories, And Fixing Arrangements As Specified. The Assembled Cell Ceiling Panels Shall Made Out Of Main Blades In 4Mm (W) X 42Mm (H) In 1200Mm (L), Installed At 50Mm C.C. And Cross Connected To Secondary Blades In 15Mm(W) X 37Mm (H) In 600Mm (L) With 240Mm Pitch. The Assembled Cell Ceiling Panels Are Then Clipped Into U-94 Carriers In Gms, Coated In Black Enamelled Finished At 1200Mm C.C. Wire Clips Shall Hold The Cell Ceiling Panels Into The U-94 Carriers. Once The U-94 Carriers Are Installed Then Primary Angles Made From Gms, Type U1040 Are Cross Connected To The U-94 Carriers At 1200Mm C.C. For Lateral Bracing The Whole Ceiling Shall Be Suspended By M6 Threaded Rods Installed 1200Mm C.C. All Panel Modules Must Be Hinge Able Through Wire Clips. The System Should Be In Accordance With Material Class A2-S1, Do According To En 13501-01 Non-Combustible, As Per The Direction Of Arch-In-Charge. The System Will Meet Fire Retardant Standards Of Bs 476: Part 6 & Part 7. Tolerances According To Taim, Din En 13964 And Quality Controlled To Iso 9001:2015 Approved By Sis, Leed Certification By Igbc. Finish: Coil Coated Etc. All Complete As Architectural Drawings And As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge.
