The contractor has to provide all the safety precautions for working and erection of tower and also crane/machinery kept at site for rescue operations /assistance all as specified and directed. etc. Note: (i)The work has to be carried out in remote area near 29Q DET Kanyakumari Therefore one supervisor to be provided for the execution of work exclusivelyii) The steel section shall be structural steel grade Fe IS 2062 for quality and IS 8500 forhigh strength requirement.(iii) The structural steel shall be obtained directly from the manufacturer or approvedstockist and not to be taken from approved dealer.(iv) Nut and bolt for the fixing the base plate to concrete shall be measured separately.But the antenna structure all nut and bolt is included in the unit rate requested.(v). The contractor should see the site and fully be aware of the requirement of materialand labor required for the work. Nothing extra will be entertained at a later stage.(vi)A rough indication or detail of antenna is given in the PS for guidance.
