Pleasant Smell, Free From Odors And Properly Fermented And Backed With Presence Of Evenly Distributed Airpockets.The Crust Must Be Crisp And Of A Darker Tone.It Must Be Fungus Free, Must Not Be Infested And Stale. A Well Shaped Loaf With A Gentel Curve Towards The Bottom.The Colour Should Be A Pleasant White Or Light Yellow,Depending On The Type Of Floor Used.The Optimal Value Of Volume Of The Bread Must Be Around 3.98Cubic Cm/Gm , Eggs - Hens Fresh Eggs, The Supply Of Fresh Eggs Shall Only Be Accepted, The Shell Should Be Clean Smooth With A Uniform Size Shape ,Colour And Free Of Dirt. The Shell Should Be Intact And Free Of Cracks, The Shell Should Have A Smooth Healthy Texture ,The Eggs Should Be Uniform In Shape, The Albumen Should Be Thick And Have A High Viscosity, It Should Be Clear And Free Of Any Foreign Matter,The Egg White Should Stay Compact Rather Than Spreading Out Over A Wide Area When Broken Out, The Yolk Should Be Small, Rounded And Firm Not Flat Or Runny, Its Colours Should Be Natural Healthy , It Should Be Free From Any Visible Defects. , Butter - Branded Butter Fresh Butter Must Be Delivered On The Date Of Packaging To The School. In No Case The Supply Of Packets Whose Use By/Sell By/Best Buy Date Has Expired Shall Be Accepted .The Butter Should Appear Fresh And Unsoiled With A Pale Even Colour, Its Should Cut Easily And Evenly.
