Name of Work:- REPAIR/MAINT OF B/R PORTION OF E/M INSTALLATIONS A A BANAR UNDER GE BANAR
Sl. No. Item Description
1Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
2Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
3M & L for rolled steel section as in posts, struts and staples in fencing including cutting to top to shape (swan neck) as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary bolting or riveting welding etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-165 complete all as specified. Note:- Fencing Poles will be painted before fixing.
4M&L for two coats of synthetic enamalled paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc 100mm width or girth, including preparation of the surface complete all as specified.
5All as per item No 4 above but not exc width or girth 10 cm complete all as specified. Note:- Flat iron will be painted before fixing.
6M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 by using 40 mm well graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.
7Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type and any size
8Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type, weight not less than 2.80 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified.
9Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires/ MS round bar (Any numbers), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire (Note. Supply of flat iron, MS round bar & chain link shall be measured and paid seperately under supply only) complete all as specified.
10S & F 12 mm dia MS screw bolts any size (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other ends, fitted with washer and one one hexagonal nut exc 5cm long but n exc 10cm complete all as specified.
11Supply only MS rounded bars Fe-290 (Gde-165) 10 mm dia and over cut to length and bend to shape as required as in tie bars, secured with nut, bolt and washerscomplete all as specified.
12Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified.
13S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with hot dip galvanised self drilling fasteners with EPDM washers (one fastener on each crest) complete all as specified.
14Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.
15S&F rolled mild steel of grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) in rolled section as in frames for doors/windows, framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, cooler stand etc complete all as specified.
16Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling our old glazing/springs clips complete all as specified.
17S&F sheet glass 4 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in square n.exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified.
18Providing and fixing 32 mm dia UPVC waste pipe complete with all fittings, unions, bends, couplings, clamps, cutting and making good to walls/floors, connected from wash hand basin/sink outlet to waste line complete all as specified.
19Disconnecting existing tanks cap exc 250 ltr but nexc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) from connected position and dismantling if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified.
20S&F ISI marked 500 Litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 20mm brass ball valve high pressure including dismantling of the old unserviceable water tank with all accessories complete all as specified.
21S&F in repair CP 15mm dia bib tap cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified.
22S&F in repair 10 ltr PVC valve less, symphonic action type dual type flushing, low level, white, with inlet ball valve, float and handle including 600mm long PVC connection and brackets complete all as specified.
23S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, Órrisa Patern' size 580mmx440mm white with integral foot rests, embedded and set in PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) and making good to dismantled floor including removing rubbish complete all as specified.

26S&F in repair grating doom 100mm dia of PTMT (min weight 25 gms) complete all as specified.
27Taking up or down steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store yard of bore 15mm complete all as specified.
28Taking up or down steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store yard of bore 20 mm complete all as specified.
29S&F 15mm dia galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls celling or laid in floors complete all as specified.

31Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (w/o taking off shutters) n exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified.

33S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & directed (Make : Rajshree, ENGCO Industries)
34S&F Factory made solid panel of PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel heaving a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width suck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/ sealed to the stiles, & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing. 35Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified.
36S&F of 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels. Both face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame made to match with face veneer complete.

42M&L for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone flooring over and including 20mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing complete all as specified.
43M&L machine cut Kota stone 16-18 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting dado and pillar laid over 10 mm thick screed in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete (mirror face) complete all as specified.

47M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X300X7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles in vertical surface including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.
48Taking down cement plaster of any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.(Note : Work will be done/ executed in patches without damaging other undamaged portion, of any size as directed by Engr-in-Charge)

62M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified.
63Taking down carefully cement conc /spalled out concrete from RCC roof projections, ceiling sunshades, beams, etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified.
64M&L for fixing MS 12 mm dia TMT bars by way of stitching (welding of tieing with existing reinf) incl drilling holes etc & securing ends in walls etc complete all as specified.
65M&L for cleaning the existing reinf of slabs, chajjas etc & applying a coat of SIKA RUSTOFF 11 to remove the loose rust particles etc & throughly cleaning the surface complete all as specified.
66M&L for applying a coat of bond coat made with cement slurry (1 part cement to 1.5-2 parts water) mixed with admixture LATEX POWER mixed @5 Kg per 50 kg of cement & applying to the conc surfaces @ 200 gm/sqm to obtain tack complete all as specified.
67M&L for 15-20 mm thick rendering in CM 1:1:2 using1 part of cement 1 part 2-3 mm screenings of stone agg & 2 parts coarse sand of over the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed with SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @ 100 gm /50kg of cement & finishing the surface even & rough to receive final rendering coat complete all as specified.
68M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces & finishing the surface even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified.
69M&L for 10-15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed with SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @ 100 gm /50kg of cement & finishing the surface even & smooth complete all as directed at site complete all as specified.
70M&L for providing steel scaffolding & formwork etc for supporting RCC Slabs etc for carrying out the rehabilitation works complete all as specified & directed. Note: The steel scaffolding & formwork etc catered for in the items above is for supporting the RCC members during the period of their structural rehabilitation. The scaffolding & formwork shall not be removed until the RCC members have gained sufficient strength. The decision of GE shall be final conclusive & binding in respect of the extent to which the formwork is to be provided & time of its removal.

73Providing and fixing retro reflective information sign board of size 900 mm × 900 mm fabricated from 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, covered with High Intensity Grade Retro Reflective Sheeting, displaying approved Pump House Installation Details, complete with lettering and graphics as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The board shall be fixed on two Nos. 50 mm dia medium class MS pipe posts of 3.00 m overall length, maintaining a minimum clear height of 2.10 m above finished ground level.
