Name of Work:- COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF SOLAR PLANT AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT VARIOUS LOCATION IN SUBROTO PARK

1Comprehensive maintenance of 420 kwp Solar power plant at Subroto Park to ensure maximum solar energy is fed to grid including the contractor will have to carried out inspection/check and maintenance of following equipments as given below: (i) Trouble free operation of the Solar Power Plant. (ii) Monitor the performance of the Solar Power Plant by data logging.(iii) Monthly report preparation & reporting to MES on performance of Power Plant (iv) Frequent testing of plant equpment by 'Walk Down' checks to internal condition of equipments such as module performance, inverter test, monitorting system testing etc careful logging of operation data and periodically processing it to determing abnormal or slowly deteriorating conditions careful controland supervision of operation conditions. (Wide and rapid variations in voltage and frequency conditions to contribute to increased maintenance) (v) Inspection and maintenance of the all Cable and connection box. (vi) Inspection and maintenance of the all Solar panels/ PV modules (1403 Nos). (vii) Inspection and maintenance of the all solar wiring connected to different devices (viii) Inspection and maintenance of Solar PV Arrary. (ix) Inspection and maintenance of Instruments . (x) Inspection and maintenance of junction box . (xi) Inspection and maintenance of wiring . (xii) Inspection and maintenance of Grid inverters (10 Nos) , attend to the emergency break down of the components. Make Chinta.The following check and work carried out in maintenance of grid inverter as given. (a) Remove any excess dust in heat sink and ventilations.This shall only be done with a dry cloth and brush (b) Check and clean that vermin have not infested the inverter , Typical signs of this include Spider webs on ventilation grills or waps nest in heat sinks. (c) Check functionality ,e.g automatic disconnection upon loss of grid power supply,at least once a month (d) Verify the state of DC/AC surge arrestors,cable connection and circuit breakers monthly (e) Clean and replace air filters. (f) Contractor also provide skilled technician and labour for attending the fault occurred anywhere in solar system with in 24 hours of fault occurance and rectified the same within 48 hours of fault occurance without affecting the generation of solar system Note:- (for item i to xii). The check / inspection schedule and complete description of work carried out in maintenance Schedule of above given items as per PS clause. All reports of inspection and maintenance have to be submitted to deparment time to time.(xi) The check / inspection of data acquistion system . Note:- (for item no x): (a) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately (b) Contractor will supply well experienced and well conversant manpower against solar plant complaints,at a time for attending fault all working days including sunday and all Holidays.(c) Contractor shall provides all tools and plants as required(d) In case of failure to rectify the fault within 48hours after attending the fault a penal recovery shall be made from contractors due @ Rs 500/- per day for each fault/complaint.
2Cleaning of Solar panel fortnightly (1403 Nos at various locations) using water properly. The following things shall be kept in mind during cleaning (a) use water and a soft sponge or cloth for cleaning (b) Do not use detergent or any abrasive material for panel cleaning (c ) Iso-propyl alcohol may be used to remove oil or grease stains (d) Do not spray water on the panel if panel glass is cracked or the back side is perforated (e) Wipe water from module as soon as possible. (f) Use proper safety kit while cleaning (g) The module should not be cleaned when they are excessively hot.Early morning is particularly good time for module cleaning (h) Ensure that the module terminal connections are not exposed while cleaning ;this poses a risk of electric shock.
3Supply and fix in repair Solar PV module complete with necessary mounting arrangements, clamps, nuts, bolts, wiring connections and accessories including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.
4Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 50 KVA, 50 Hz+ 3 Hz (minimum) 3 phase 400V,76A DTH<3% at nominal power inverter suitable to convert DC power of solar PV module / array to AC for further feeding to grid & conforming IEC-61683 of efficiency, IEC-62109 (1&2) or equivalant for safety & IEC-62093 for reliab9ility. The input D.C tech specification of inverter are as under-input (DC):-Max DC Power: 62.6 KWp,28 KWpMPP range - 520-800VMax Current: 100ANo of MPPT trackers: 2No of input string:10
5Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 30 KVA, 50 Hz+ 3 Hz (minimum) 3 phase 400V,46A DTH<3% at nominal power inverter suitable to convert DC power of solar PV module / array to AC for further feeding to grid & conforming IEC-61683 of efficiency, IEC-62109 (1&2) or equivalant for safety & IEC-62093 for reliab9ility. The input D.C tech specification of inverter are as under-input (DC):-Max DC Power: 28 KWpMPP range - 480-800VMax Current: 68ANo of MPPT trackers: 2No of input string:6
6Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 20 KVA, 50 Hz+ 3 Hz (minimum) 3 phase 400V,32A DTH<3% at nominal power inverter suitable to convert DC power of solar PV module / array to AC for further feeding to grid & conforming IEC-61683 of efficiency, IEC-62109 (1&2) or equivalant for safety & IEC-62093 for reliab9ility. 7Cutting of tree branches of surrounding area of solar panel installation properly by using manually/by Machine complete all as specified and directed by engr -in -charge. Notes:-(a) while cutting of grass ,take care that no solar panel get damaged (b)The Garbage that comes out after cutting has to be removed at location as directed.
8Taking down Old unserviceable PV Surge protector , Supply and fixing PV surge protector having Max PV operating voltage 1060V,Nominal discharge current 20KA,Max discharge current 40KA equivalent to CITEL DS50PV-1000 including necessary fitting arrangement and testing used in solar power plant complete all specified and directed.
9Taking downOld unserviceable Photovoltic Fuses ,Supply and fixing Photovoltic Fuses having operating voltage 1000V, current 32A, equivalent to make Ferraz mersen USM1IHEL including necessary fitting arrangement and testing used in solar system complete all specified and directed.
10Taking down Old unserviceable Data Surge protector , Supply and fixing Data surge protector having Max DC operating voltage 15V ,Max discharge current 20KA equivalent to CITEL DLA-12D3 including necessary fitting arrangement and testing used in solar power plant complete all specified and directed.
11Taking down carefully old unserviceable CPU Board /PCB of Intelligent String Monitor Boxes ( Make statcon powtech) and fix after repair and testing of CPU board complete all specified and directed.
12Taking out carefully old unserviceable wire of junction boxes & string combiner box rewiring as existing required complete all specified and directed.
13Taking down carefully old/damaged body of string combiner/monitoring box and supply and fix new string combiner box as same as existing required complete all specified and directed.
14Taking down carefully of following given items below of Grid inverter ( 10 Nos) of any capacity make-Chint need to be repair/repacement of these items repair to transfer board
15All as per ser No 14 but Repair to DSP Card
16All as per ser No 14 Repair to LVRT Card
17All as per ser No 14 Repair to IGVT Stack
18All as per ser No 14 Replacement of AC CT

21Provn of monthly recharge for static SIM cards for each month (09 Nos) installed various locations in Solar power plants for uninterrupted communication, data monitoring and system operation, complete all as specified and directed.
22Replacement of existing defective Weather Monitoring System (WMS) at Solar Power Plant including sensors , data logger, communication accessories, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.
23M&L for conductive concrete Earth Grid of multiple interconnected Earth Electrodes to achieve the earth resistance value of less than <5 Ohm. The excavation is to be carried out in any type of soil including hard rock. The approx specification are as under:-(i) Earth Electrodes: Metal conductor - Copper bonded MS rod dia 17,2 mm (+-5mm) , Length 2.25 meter with conductive concrete including provision of bore 65 mm dia, 2.25 meter length of earth electrode.(ii) All earth electrodes (min two Nos) should be installed to achieved the desired result.(iii) Interconnected strip : All the multiple Earth Electrodes will be horizontally interconnected with metal conductor - Copper strip flat size : 25mm x 3 mm & conductive concrete embedding size : 60 Sqmm.(iv) Test Link: Test links- Copper stripflat size: 40 mm x 6 mm x 200 mm shall be provided, at any one of the multiple Earth Electrodes of the grid for connection between earth grid pit and application.(v) Pit Cover: RCC pit cover & frame shall be provided at all Earth Electrode (with test links)
24Taking down/out the old unserviceable galvanized iron steel water tubing 25 mm bore on the wall/ floor including all fittings and fixture complete all as specified and as directed
25Taking down/out the old unserviceable galvanized iron steel water tubing 20 mm bore on the wall/ floor or earth including all fittings and fixture complete all as specified and as directed

42Supply and fixing in replacement of wire mesh (4mm dia and wire to wire spacing 25mm) type cable tray made up of steel wire welded together and bent in to final shape surface treatment of Zink after manufacture through not dipped galvanised of size CF-54/300 GC st including coupler EDRN, Kitaster, support CSN 300, Cover CP 300, Clip F02 (Set of Nuts, Bolts and washers) and all necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.
43Excavation in trenches in hard and dense soil n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe,foundation for poles, stay, laying cables etc and getting out copmlete all as directed.
44Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil copmlete all as directed.
45Removing excavated material n.exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 meter above the starting point copmlete all as directed.
46M&L for Sand cushioning of cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after punning down and stretching the cable copmlete all as directed.
47Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks old size as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying across the cable complete all as specified and directed.
48Making good for road to existing surfaces with using of patch premix bitumenous 25mm thick polymer based material over WBM 75mm thick including rolling etc all as specified and as directed.
49M&L for augering of holes in true horizontal position under road /pavement by means of mechanical rig after doing ultrasound technique to prevent any damage to existing cables/pipe lines coming in route 1.5 Mtr deep and not exceeding 15 Mtrs long complete all as specified and directed.
50Supply and laying GI pipe light grade galvanized with all fittings as required laid in trenches or fix on wall/pole for cable protection of 80 mm bore copmlete all as directed.
51All as per srl item No 50 above but size 50 mm bore copmlete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.
52M&L for module mounting structure including PCC foundation for civil work (excavation, cutting, grouting, PCC etc) and fixing the mouting arangement suitable for PV solar modules & to withstand minimum horizontal wind speed of 150kms/h. The mouting structure is of mild steel hot dipped galvanised. The array structure shall be so designed that it will occupy minimum space without sacrificing the output from Solar PV panels, Nut bolts, supporting structures including mouting structures shall have to be adequately protected from atmosphere and weather prevailing in the area. All fastners shall be of stainless steel of grade SS316. Two numbers of anti-theft fasteners of stainless steel on two diagonally opposite corner of each module shall be provided.
53Taking down aluminium strip from roof conductor and down conductor complete and cleaning the workable strip for reuse and rest strip as a schedule of credit to the contractor complete all as specified and directed.
54Supply & fix aluminium strip 25mm x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws ect for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.
55Supply and fix in replacement air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.
56Refixing of existing aluminium strip with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Aluminium strip retrived from item No 53 of BOQ
57Supply and fixing in repair MCB SPN 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve and current carrying capacity 6-32A, in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.
