| 2 | Material and labour for screed plaster 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on roof surface complete and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc, mixed with and including water proofing compound @2% by weight complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | Material and labour for 40mm average thick Plain Cement Concrete in (1:2:4), type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, as in RCC roof surface to horizontal surface etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
