10Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
11M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, plinth protection (finished even and fair) laid in panels including joints filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13M&L for Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paverblocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

16M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17Extra over Granite or marble slabs as in rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
18M&L for Makrana White Marble work, 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, over and including 20 mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab as in skirting 18-20mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and including 10mm thick back coat in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
21S&F PVC wall panelling, hollow cored, 5 mm thick, decorative designs with smooths surfaces, fire resistant, water and heat proof, tongue and groove edge for easy assembly with all accessories such as U cap, end cap, tee, plugs, fillets and screws etc as per manufactures instructions and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
22Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
23M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, in soft/ loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

31Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of semi perforated perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of mainT runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm , suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50 mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85 x 25 x 2mm. 32Material and labour for GI Frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mmm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 7 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended form soffit at approx 900 mm centre to entre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not excwwding 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
33Material and labour for Providing and fixing 10 mm thick plaster of Paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to curved surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note: Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately)
34Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls/ chipping off cement concrete in any situation, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
35M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of concrete/ brick surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
36M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
37M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Internal surfaces), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
38Supply only liquid integral water proofing compound, ISI Marked, complete all as specified.
39M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint using mechanical means/ hand roller over a coat of priming paint including 1 mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
40M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint using mechanical means/ hand roller over a coat of priming paint including 1 mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
41M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and Finishing with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
42M&L for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified

45M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces and finishing with textured exterior paint of required shade : Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm over 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
46M&L for Preparation of old treated wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
47Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
48Material and labour for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling courses, finished even & rough to receive topping layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
49M&L for Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
50M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350 mm x 250 mm x 7 mm/ 450 mm x 300 mm x 7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
51M&L for double charged vitrified ceramic coloured, 8-9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Glazing bead (35 mm x 20 mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling ol holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. 140(d) RAINWATER OUTLET TREATMENT: Hacking and chipping the surface around the rainwater drain outlet up to 25 mm in depth, applying bond coat of universal repair polymer (URP), in ratio of 1:1 (URP 1 : cement 1) by volume, over the corners and pipe insert outlet gaps, filling the gaps around drain mouth with PMM (Polymer Modified Mortar), mixed with universal repair polymer (URP) 10% by weight of cement, in the ratio 1:3. Providing and fixing 100 mm width, 225 GSM, fiber glass chopped strand mat around the periphery of drain mouth of rainwater outlet, sandwiched with two-component UV resistant hybrid urethane elastomeric waterproof top coat. Applying two thick coats of two-component UV resistant hybrid urethane elastomeric waterproof coating to completely cover the mesh/ fabric and surrounding area. (e) WATERPROOFING APPLICATION: Preparing premix of two-component high-strength hybrid urethane elastomeric waterproofing coating using an electric double paddle mixer at low speed for 2-3 minutes until a uniform blend is achieved without dilution. Applying the waterproofing coating on an SSD (Saturated Surface dry) condition, apply first coat mix at the rate 0.8-0.9 kg/sqm using a lamb's wool roller

While the coating is still wet, roll and embed a 225 gm fiberglass chopped strand mat ensuring full bonding without air bubbles or wrinkles and overlap joints by at least 5 cm at end points & allow the first coat to dry for 3-4 hours. Applying the second coat at 90 degrees angle to the first coat at 0.9 kg/sqm once the surface is dry enough to walk on. Additional coats may be applied as required to achieve a forced material consumption to obtain a DFT of 1000 to 1200 microns with minimum material consumption of 1.8 kg/sqm over 2-3 undiluted coats. The coating should terminate below the drip mold on vertical surface. The system complies achieving tensile strength 215 N/mm2 (ASTM D2370 : 2016), Tear strength 2100 N/mm2 (as per ASTM D624), Dynamic crack bridging (EN 13251 : 2016), Shore A hardness: 85, zero water permeability: at 15 bar as per (EN 12390-8: 2019), passes water migration resistance: no leakage, no temperature flexibility: (-) 20 degree Celsius after 1000 hours, UV (ASTM D1970 : 2021), Solar reflectance index : 90 (ASTM E1980 for white), Peel adhesion to concrete (wet condition, 24 hours.), ASTM C794-12, root resistance according to CEN/TS14416-2014 complete all as specified.
