No extra payment will be made for stacking.Beyond 2.00 km and upto 3.00 km( This rate is includes compensation for earth for land owned / arranged by the contractor @ oyalty charges on earth @ Rs 29.00 per cum & Cesses Charges @ 5.30 per Cum(i.e Rs 15.00 per 100 cft) as per Government notification which will be paid on production of necessary documents in support of payment made towards the royalty and cesses.) |
