| 2 | Routine and periodical maintenance of pumps, motors, AT-Starters, valves with actuators, vacuum pumps, dewatering pumps, Ventilation system, LT distribution panel boards, cables, tightening nut bolt of sluice valve, dismantling joints etc including replacement of control fuses, gland packing of pumps, approved quality lubricants for motor bearings, pump bearings etc. as per direction of EIC for a period of 12 months. |
| 3 | Sub Station Labour charges for day to day round the clock operation of 11KV/0.433 KV substation, HV and LV panel boards, control panel board including capacitor banks, 110 volt DC trip circuit with maintenance free batteries, battery charger, indoor type 630A, 20KA VCBs, 1600amp ACBs and other allied accessories including sweeping cleaning of sub-station’s switch yard, control room, office room, toilets etc. by engaging electrical supervisor, electrician etc. as per direction of EIC From 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027 |
| 4 | Routine and periodical maintenance of LT&HT panel board, cables, capacitors, transformers, battery with battery charger, CTs & PTs, earthing system, all breakers, tightening nuts & bolts of bus bar, replacement of control Fuses, cleaning of Isolators etc. as per direction of EIC for a period of 12 months. |
