| 1 | Labour charges for day to day operation of 5 nos. 800Kw capacity pumping machineries (max. three will be operated at a time and two will be stand by), operation of 2nos vacuum pumps and two nos dewatering pumps and other electrical/mechanical accessories including sweeping cleaning of pump house, toilets etc. by engaging skilled, semiskilled and un- skilled personnel in all three shifts as per direction of EIC. from 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027 |
| 2 | Routine and periodical maintenance of pumps, motors, ventilation system, valves with actuators, vacuum pumps, dewatering pump, tightening nut bolt of sluice valve, butterfly valves, dismantling joints, non return valves etc including gland packing of pumps, approved quality lubricants for motor bearings, pump bearings etc as per direction of EIC for a period of 12 months |
| 3 | Routine and periodical maintenance of LT & HT panel board, cables, star delta and DOL starters, capacitors, reactor panels, battery with battery charger, CTs and PTs, earthing system, all VCB cum VCP panels, tightening nuts and bolts of bus bar, replacement of control fuses etc as per direction of EIC for a period of 12 months |
