7Cleaning of all types of roofs including removal of dry leaves, weedings & cleaning of drain holes, brooming etc. all complete with all tools & tackles & staking the garbage at specified place as per direction of In-charge.
8Brooming & cleaning of all roads in colony & within the premises of service buildings & other places as required with all tools & tackles & stacking the garbage at a specified place as per instruction of EIC.
9Cleaning of toilets in service buildings, Community centre, Club and other buildings etc including cleaning of floors dado skriting, WC pan (Indian type/ European type) wash basin sholves,mirror & other fittings, if any by hand dusting & cleaning with soap solution, acids, deodrants, phynile etc to make the toilet clean & hygenic & providing napthaline balls in urinals, wash basins etc. with all tools, tackles & consumables as per instruction of EIC.
10Cleaning and desilting of septic tank including removal and refixing of cover slab, removal and disposal of the sludge with all lead as per instruction of EIC including hire charge & running cost of machinaries, labour etc all complete.
11Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The cleaning shall consist following operation: (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits (ii) Enire surface area of the sump shall then srubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
12Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
13Supplying and filling in plinth with Local sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
