1Earthwork in excavation for bridge works in all kinds of soil, by mechanical means utilising the surplus earth locally for road work where ever required, back filling the excavated earth to the extent required complete in all respect as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 301 & 304 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
2Earth work in excavation of in hard soil in foundation with initial lead and lift including dressing the sides & leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & required depth including dewatering if necessary and stacking the excavated materials away from working area etc.complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.
3Filling in Foundation Trenches with sand as per drawing and technical specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
4Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation & plinth with 4cm. crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing & ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator ,providing groove & beads where necessary including curing, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all material required for the work including supplying & working pumps, T&P articles finishing the exposed surface smooth as per specific ation & direction of the Engineer-in Charge In Substructure

6Cement concrete of M-150 having maximum compressive strength of 150 kg./cm2 ( test to be conducted) on 150 mm. cubes tested at 28 days including curing (tests conducted in accordance with IS-456 & IS-516) & conforming to clause-302 of IRC 21/1987 using clean crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 40 mm. size down grade of approved quality to be protested in the laboratory) obtained from approved quarry the proportion mix, grading conforming to relevant ISI/IRC codes including hoisting, lowering concrete in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick each compacting with vibrator watering & curing for 28 days centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves & beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all labour machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respects including dismantling the centering & shuttering as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.In Foundation

14Providing & laying of wearing course of 56mm thick consisting of 6mm thick mastic asphalt and 50 mm thick asphaltic concrete on top of the Deck slab. The mastic asphalt shall be of paving grade bitumen meeting the requirement given in the table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level & slope after cleaning the surface, applying prime coat & tack coat all complete as per clause 501, 502, 503 & 516 of MoRT&H Specification for road & bridge works (5th revision), followed by asphaltic concrete to be laid in two layers of 25mm thick each over tack coat etc complete as per approved drawing & technical specification Clause No 503 & 507 of MoRT&H specifications for road & Bridge work (5th revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
15Providing RCC of grade M-25 in Deck slab & RCC Railing etc. as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900, 1000, 1500, 1600, 1700, 2200, 2300 & 2700 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.Deck Slab

17Providing ,Cutting, Bending, Binding, Straightening & Placing of HYSD bars of grade Fe 500 D confirming to I.S.1786-2008 in bridge works and other structural works etc as per drawing and technical specification and as per Section.900, 1000, 1100 1200, 1600,2100, 2200, 2300 & 2700 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of MORT & H (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
18Providing and laying of Filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surfact behind abutment,wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.
19Providing weep hole in plan / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / retaining wall with 100mm dia A.C. Pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V : 20 H towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge.
20Providing Rough stone dry packing / pitching in slope, protection walls, approns and revetments to designed thickness using hard granite stones of required size of approved quality from approved quarry including quarrying supplying conveying and cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials including T&P complete including filling the interstices with small stones by wedging and hammering finished to proper slope and level as per direction of the Engineer in charge including dewatering if required.
21Supplying & filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall etc with approved quality of gravel / sandy material including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost. Conveyance royality & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work complete ( measurement will be taken for compacted section as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.) 28Providing and applying two coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescense and applying paint @ 1 litre per 02 Sqm
29Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with 5 extra lead lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)and as per the direction of engineer in charge.
30Loosening of the ground up to a level of 500mm below the sub-grade level , watered , graded & compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300-2 for sub-grade construction & clause 305 of MORTH specification of Road & Bridge works ( 4th Revision )
31Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)
32Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MOSRT&H including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
33Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface including clearing of road surfaces and spraying primer @ 0.20kg/ sqm using Mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications of Road & Bridge work (04th Revision)
34Providing & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment & roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision)
35Providing & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision)
36Furnishing and laying of live sods of perennial turf forming Grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations shown on the drawing including ransportation of turfs by mechanical means with all leads & lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour & all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
37Providing and laying of 1000 mm dia reinforced cement concrete pipe (NP3) for culverts including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry work in head wall and parapets as per Clause 1106 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the worketc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
