50Providing and fixing glazing of approved quality in aluminium doors, windows, ventilator, shutters and partition etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) :With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness ( weight not less than 10.0 kg / sqm )
51Providing and laying in situ seven course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic poly-propylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg per sqm, 2nd, 4th & 6th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 Kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd and 5th layers of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 1.5 mm thick of 2.25 Kg/sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 20 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 7th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately).
52Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including:
53(a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design.
54b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of aluminium composite panel material of approved thickness and specification. The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.
55(c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bimetallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
56However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. Up to two decimal places.\\"
57Aluminium Composite Panels of 3mm total thickness with Top coil – 0.25mm AA3003 Grade manufactured as per IS-737 1986, FR Grade Class B1 with 2.50mm Mineral Core with minimum 70-72% Inorganic content (Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium Hydroxide) 28- 30% Organic content (LDPE) conforming to ASTM E-119- 16,18 and EN 13501 - 1 class B1 and Bottom coil – 0.50mm AA3003 Grade manufactured as per IS-737 1986 with minimum 25 microns lead free PVDF Coating conforming to AAMA2605 on top coil and Service coating on Back Coil (4 - 6 microns) having minimum panel weight of 5.25 Kg/m2
58Providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate panels/tiles of size 595 x 595mm, having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity <0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, comprising of a frame made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both sides) i.e.vertical studs of
59size 48 x 34 x 36 mm are placed at 600mm center to center in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50 x 32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600mm centers using 12mm dia,50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastner with 10mm bolt. This same channel is then to be fixed in horiziontal direction at 600mm center to center so as to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Glasswool of 50mm thickness is then to be inserted in the slots and finally calcium silicate non combustible panels/tiles are to be screw fixed with self tapping pan head nickel coated mild steel screws of size 13 x 3.2mm on to this grid leaving an even groove of 1 mm between the panels. The joints between the panels are to be duly jointed and finished using recommended jointing calcium silicate based compound and fiber joint tape roll 50mm wide (90 metre )roll and two coats of primer suitable for panelling as per manufacturer's specification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge all complete.
60Providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights with 6 mm thick BWP ply board lapping with 4 mm thick Teak Veneer of approved quality in outer face, decorative teak wood bead (50 x 40 ) at top and skirting (150 x 25), comprising of a frame made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both sides) i.e.vertical studs of size 48 x 34 x 36 mm are placed at 600mm center to center in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50 x 32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600mm centers using 12mm dia,50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastner with 10mm bolt. This same channel is then to be fixed in horiziontal direction at 600mm center to center so as to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. 61Providing and Fixing Channeled Hi Density Fiber Board Wall Panel (woodworks) (WC01C28LUMW) perforated panels of width 128mm, thickness of 15mm and length 2440mm with minimum 830 kg/M³ density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade/species & finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation of 4mm width and 28 mm visible panel each. The panels shall provide a fire reaction of Class of 1 as per Part 7 of BS 476. The edges of the panels shall be “tongue-and-grooved” to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven acoustical fleece having NRC of 0.55. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips. Install wooden battens of section 50 mm x 50 mm or approved by the Architect on the solid wall horizontally using screws and plugs at spacing of 600 mm centre-to-centre. Screw the aluminium-extruded keel for channeled wood works (GTPT001) over the lowest and second wooden batten at an on-centre distance of 600 mm. Install the first set of wooden panels by inserting the clips for border channeled woodworks (GTPT002) and insert the grove of the panel into the projecting flange of the aluminium clip. Continue installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into the groove of the
62earlier inserted panel and progressively installing clips for inside channeled woodworks (GTPT003) into the next keel till the actual height is achieved. Use clips for borer channeled woodworks (GTPT002) to finish off the installation. Finish off the edges using wooden moulding of matching colour approved by the Architect, suitably fixed all complete as per drawings nd specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
63Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with one coat of primer :Treated (as per IS 401) rubber Wood (Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by TFDPC Ltd)

86Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos. of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 19×19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame . The door frame to be fixed to the wall usuing MS screws of 65/100 mm size complete as per manufacturers' specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

8830mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, top & bottom rails. M.S .frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture M.S. frame covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C channel of size 30mm thickness, 110mm width out of which 90mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on either side forming stiles; and 5mm thick, 110mm wide PVC sheet out of which 90mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 130mm wide PVC sheet out of which 90mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top bottom and lock rails shall be provided either side of the panel. 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet shall be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with 7mm (5mm +2mm) thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet bending on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge, manufacture’s specification & drawing.

The seat support assembly is made of a straight and bent tube of Ø2.22±0.03 cm x 0.25± 0.016 THK M.S.E.R.W. round tube with 5mm thk mounts at both ends. The Seat assembly is pivoted on this assembly. The Back assembly is mounted on a 3.15mm thick Armrest bracket. The I Frame structure is grouted using 4 Anchor Bolts on a 5mm thick bottom plate which is welded to the upper frame structure. The Anchor Bolts are covered using 2 PP Foundation Bolt Cover which are fitted together on each leg. The frame is used for straight layout typically. 3) HIGH RESILIENCE (HR) POLYURETHANE FOAM: The HR polyurethane foam is moulded with density = 45±2 kg/mꝪ and hardness load for seat 16±2 kgf and hardness load for back 14±2 kgf as per IS:7888 for 25% compression. 4) ARMREST: The armrest is made of Injection-moulded PP compound. The armrest is mounted on a 3.15 thick HR sheet which is welded on the tubular frame. 5) POWDER COATING: Steel components are epoxy polyester powder coated (DFT 40-60 microns). 6) FLOORING PRE-REQUISITE: The auditorium chair is designed to get mounted/grouted on floors with flooring specification.
