| 2 | M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) mixed with liquid water proofing compound (mixed as per manufacturer direction ) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in roof padding including making the V-groove on top surface 10 mm deep and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.2.The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey . The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding,safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these item. |

| 4 | M&L for water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :-(a) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg /Sqm, including cleaning the surface .(b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer(c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membranceNote :- 1. Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.2.The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey . | 11 | S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ ceosetory windows and other frames/ chowkhat of following size comprising of virgin PVC polymer having K-value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) and 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and direction. Note: (i) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable and variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.(ii) M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be measured and paid for separately. |
